Michael Chastain’s 1969 Camaro built by Chris Holstrom Concepts.
It was close to 36 years ago when a family friend gave Michael the bug. Err, most likely of a GM variety. He has owned 9 collectible cars from a ’67 Chevelle to a 2023 C8 Corvette. A judge by occupation certainly has put the gavel down as a dedicated Chevy fan, with only a step into the blue oval with a 2008 Saleen S281SC. He is a veteran of many Good-guys awards including 3 Builders Choice awards and Street Machine of the Year contender.
This car though. It is this car that caught the eye of Mike Slade. Built with all the right stuff: Detroit Speed suspension, Baer Brakes, Forgeline wheels, Vengeance Racing 427 LS7 mill with Kaotic Cam, RPM 4L70E 4-speed transmission.
The bodywork, paint and assembly from the talented crew at Chris Holstrom Concepts in Puyallup, WA. Interior was designed and fitted at Stitches in Washington.
