[UPDATE: 9/2016 – Apparently the Outriders think a bit too much of themselves as they wouldn’t accept a prize package from Blacktop Magazine for this year’s 2016 raffle table in which they declined an invitation to attend. Not too big a deal, looks like the event was an old wrinkled up sausage fest anyway.]

The Outriders Car Club held their 36th Annual Picnic at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado, CA. The picnic is an eagerly anticipated invitation only event. Many of the attendees make this a signature event to show their cars. A literal who’s, who in the hot rod and custom car world.
We captured Chris Unger who drove Mo and Jan Beck’s ’32 roadster into the show. Mo was a long-time Outrider, their cook for the annual event who passed away earlier this year.
