While at the SEMA Show this year, we had to stop by our friends at TMI Products. A couple of years ago we visited their facilities in Corona, CA where they stitch upholstery for Ford, Chevy and VW products. Here’s a link to the archived article: TMI Products 2010.
They unveiled their Sport R line at SEMA this year. And boy is it nice. Take a look as Emily shows off the fine details. As you can see, she fits within the seat not ON it, that is due to the Sport R’s added bolstering. Also new to the Sport R line is the suede inserts giving both comfort and style. Style is modernized by a contrasting stitched French seam. These added touches really jazz-up your classic car’s seats in both appearance for the ladies, and in utility for when you mash on the go-pedal and whip it in the turns.
