Bob and Susan Land’s 1962 Corvette.

After the owner’s terrible wind surfing accident in the middle of the build, the team at Cambra Speed Shop finished up this beauty in time for the 2020 Grand National Roadster Show.

Steering: Roadster Shop power rack-and-pinion

Brakes: Wilwood 6-piston calipers, 14” dia. vented and drilled

Wheels: American Racing (Hopsters) custom one-off polished

Front: 18” x 10” Rear: 20” x 14”

Tires: Mickey Thompson (Sportsman S/R)

Engine: GM LS3 Crate

Headers: Hedman block hugger

Exhaust: Cambra Speed Shop custom

Radiator: Champion Cooling Aluminum

Transmission: GM4L80E automatic w/Lokar shifter

Rear end: Roadster Shop Ford 9-inch 3rd member

Body trim: J & D Corvette

Taillights: J & D Corvette

Mirrors: J & D Corvette

Paint and Bodywork: Cambra Speed Shop

Body mods: Rear quarter panels were widened 1 1/2” each side to allow for tire width clearance.

All bodyline creases were increased for more definition, dovetail spoiler was blended into the rear.

Paint: sealer, primer, basecoat and clearcoat PPG Cambra Rootbeer metallic.

Interior: Bill’s Upholstery leather tan/brown two-tone leather carpet dark brown door panels tan/brown two-tone.
