Long Beach, California is the southernmost city in Los Angeles County. It has many historical districts and has expanded as industry moved in and populated the seaside resort town of the late 19th Century and early 20th Century. The space race brought the aerospace industry in the 50’s and 60’s with a sprawling suburban landscape from harbor north to South LA.
